Health Services

Mrs. Pam Cucinelli is our school nurse.  Her working hours are 8:40 am - 3:35 pm daily.  If you have any questions or concerns about your student’s health, please feel free to communicate with her by phone at (203) 284-6904 or email at pcucinelli@wallingfordschools.org. She can also be reached via ParentSquare. If you need to fax something to her attention, please fax at (203) 284-6929.  

Please remember that a doctor's order (Medication Administration Form) is required for the nurse to dispense any medication, including over the counter medications, to a student in our school. Additionally, if your student has a health issue or sustains an injury and will need special accommodations or restrictions at school, please be sure to obtain a note for school from the medical provider.
